What makes this different

Five things every
cohort member receives

Founders at the table
1. Curated Matching

Curated Cohort

Your cohort is a small group of founders at a similar stage of growth, matched by where you are in the build, what you're trying to achieve, and how you think. We look at ambition, mindset and business stage, then put you in a room together. The conversations that follow tend to be the ones people say they wish they'd had years earlier.

Advisory Sessions

Throughout the year you'll meet with your cohort in intimate, facilitated gatherings designed to help founders navigate real business challenges.

4. Capital Connections

Investor Access

Build genuine relationships with investors through curated conversations and intimate gatherings designed around connection rather than pitching.

Global founder network
5. International Reach

A Global Network

Become part of a growing international ecosystem of founders, investors and supporters across multiple markets.

Words from the table
I had been carrying the same question for months. The room did not give me answers, it gave me clarity. I knew what to do before I left the table.

The bar is high. The process is clear.

We intentionally keep cohorts small. Every application is reviewed to ensure members are aligned in ambition, mindset and stage of business. This creates the trust, openness and quality of conversation that make the cohort valuable. Not everyone will be the right fit, and that's by design.

  1. Apply, tell us where you are and what you are building.
  2. A short conversation with the team.
  3. Cohort acceptance. You will hear either way.
  4. Six sessions a year. Same room. Same people.
  5. Ongoing access to the private founder network.
Not customer support. Success support.

A Founder Success Team

We don't just connect you to a cohort and wish you luck. Every member gets a dedicated success track from day one.

Onboarding

A structured start so you get the most from your cohort from session one.

Goal Setting

You set the targets. We track what matters: intros made, deals unlocked, decisions supported.

Strategic Introductions

We actively connect you to the investors, customers and advisors on your list.

Progress Check-ins

Regular touchpoints to make sure the year is working for you, not just running past you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is The FoundHer Table for?+
Women actively building, with a product, customers, or revenue, who are ready to grow alongside a curated peer group. Not for idea-stage or passive participation.
How does the application process work?+
Apply online. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you will be invited for a short conversation. Cohort places are limited and carefully curated.
Is there a membership fee?+
Session and cohort fees vary by programme. All costs are shared clearly at the application stage, merit first, not budget.
Are sessions in-person or online?+
In-person, Helsinki and London. Some programming is available for international founders. Check upcoming sessions for formats and locations.
What is the Leadher Table?+
A private dinner series for senior women in leadership, a sister programme to The FoundHer Table. Focused on what leadership actually costs, not just what it achieves.
How do I become a partner or sponsor?+
Contact us. We work with organisations that genuinely support women in business, not those that sponsor for optics.
