Founders at the table
1. Find Your Peer Group

Curated Peer Group

Join a carefully matched Peer Group of 4–6 women founders. Every Peer Group is thoughtfully curated based on your stage of growth, ambitions, leadership style and business challenges, creating a confidential environment where every conversation is relevant, honest and valuable.

5. Prioritise Your Wellbeing

Friends & Family Session

One online session each year where members can invite a spouse, partner, family member or close friend to better understand the realities of entrepreneurship and learn practical ways to support them.

We recognise that many women founders are balancing the demands of building a business alongside raising a family. The Foundher Table is committed to supporting the whole founder, not just the business.

Words from the table
I had been carrying the same question for months. The room did not give me answers, it gave me clarity. I knew what to do before I left the table.

The bar is high. The process is clear.

The Foundher Table is designed for ambitious women founders who are actively scaling their businesses. Every application is assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering business stage, growth ambitions, leadership experience and overall fit, to ensure the right founders are matched into the right Peer Groups. Not everyone will be the right fit, and that's by design.

Our members typically

  • Generate £100k–£1M in annual revenue
  • Are the Founder or Co-Founder of their business
  • Are building a scalable business with strong growth ambitions
  • Value honest conversations, peer accountability and continuous learning
  • Are committed to actively participating in their Peer Group
  1. Apply, tell us where you are and what you are building.
  2. A short conversation with the team.
  3. Peer Group placement. You will hear either way.
  4. Six sessions a year. Same group. Same people.
  5. Ongoing access to the private founder network.
Our commitment to confidentiality

Every Peer Group operates under the Chatham House Rule.

Members are free to use the ideas, insights and learning from each session, but the identity of the speaker and what any individual shares must always remain confidential.

Trust is at the heart of The Foundher Table. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and confidential environment where founders can speak openly, ask difficult questions and share challenges without fear of judgement.

Not customer support. Success support.

A Founder Success Team

We don't just place you in a Peer Group and wish you luck. Every member gets a dedicated success track from day one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is The Foundher Table for?+
Ambitious women founders actively scaling their businesses, typically generating £100k–£1M in annual revenue, who are ready to grow alongside a carefully matched Peer Group. Not for idea-stage or passive participation.
How does the application process work?+
Apply online. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you will be invited for a short conversation. Peer Group places are limited and carefully curated.
Is there a membership fee?+
Session and membership fees vary by programme. All costs are shared clearly at the application stage, merit first, not budget.
Are sessions in-person or online?+
Both. Each year your Peer Group meets for three in-person sessions, held where your group is based, and three virtual sessions in between. Members also get an annual 1:1 strategy session and an online Friends & Family session.
What is the Leadher Table?+
A private dinner series for senior women in leadership, a sister programme to The Foundher Table. Focused on what leadership actually costs, not just what it achieves.
How do I become a partner or sponsor?+
Contact us. We work with organisations that genuinely support women in business, not those that sponsor for optics.
