Welcome to The Foundher Table. By participating in our events, using our services, or engaging with our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, members, and users who take part in Foundher Table events, online platforms, community, and related services. By booking, registering, or attending, you accept these terms.
General Policy: All sales, fees, and event bookings are non-refundable.
Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be offered at the sole discretion of The Foundher Table team. Requests must be made in writing to thefoundhertable@gmail.com, and approval is not guaranteed.
Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 10 business days in advance. Requests must be made in writing to thefoundhertable@gmail.com, and approval is not guaranteed.
Event Changes: If we cancel or significantly change an event, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a credit towards a future event.
We aim to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space for all. By attending our events or participating in our community, you agree to:
Zero-Tolerance Policy: We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event our the community without refund if their behaviour violates this Code of Conduct.
We collect and store personal information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and payment information) for the purposes of event registration, communication, and delivering our services.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Finland’s Data Protection Act (Tietosuojalaki 1050/2018).
We only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Attendance at our events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury, except where caused by our negligence.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or business results from participation.
By attending any events, you grant The Foundher Table permission to take photographs, videos, or other media during the event. These images and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, or other purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded please inform The Foundher Table team, however full exclusion from media taken cannot be guaranteed.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised “Last updated” date.
